Al primo piano della Villa degli Armatori si trova questo splendido monolocale con ingresso indipendente che gode di uno spazioso terrazzo vista mare e isole. Tutti i dettagli e le tonalità degli arredi richiamano la bellezza del mare di Salina, le atmosfere sognanti dei fondali marini e delle vedute sul blu infinito. All’interno di uno spazio raccolto ma funzionale, si trovano una zona letto, una cucina a scomparsa ed una zona living. Completano lo spazio una cabina armadio e un ampio bagno.

Grazioso bilocale su due piani , si trova in un caratteristico vicolo del centro storico di Lipari ed è composto, a piano terra cucina attrezzata, lavatrice, bagno con doccia, pouf poltrona letto, tavolo e ventilatore mentre al primo piano si trova la camera climatizzata con letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo, bagno con finestra e lavandino senza doccia, un balcone dove è possibile stendere la biancheria. La scala per salire al primo piano è in comune con l'appartamento al secondo piano.

La posizione centrale della casa offre ogni comodita' durante la vostra vacanza, e' disposta su due piani e ospita quattro persone con due camere , due bagni, angolo cottura , wifi e Aria condizionata Per entrare in casa è necessario fare due scalini Ricordo che non c’è lavatrice ma solo asciugatrice . Nei periodi affollati d’estate ,con tutti i locali aperti ci può essere più rumore

Each apartments has a confortable king size bed, a small separated kitchen, a bathroom with shower and terrace with little front-yard view where one can have a meals or relax on the deckchairs with a book. Perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday. You will be assigned apartment A or B depending on availability.

The moon rises directly from the sea right in front of the terrace — a truly magical sight.
