This condo sits on the third floor of Spoonbill, a beachfront complex that looks out over the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy your own private balcony as you watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee and the peaceful sound of the waves falling on the shore. The beach is just steps away via your own private boardwalk. Lounge by the pool in the afternoons, and in the evenings enjoy dinner at a local restaurant, or take advantage of the fully furnished kitchen, or barbecue grills located by the pool.

This cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath home offers beautiful canal front views with access to the inter coastal waterway. Sit outside and enjoy the view while you eat or open the windows and enjoy the A/C with the same great view. If you’d prefer the beach we have private access just across Ocean Dr. The neighborhood is very walkable to the pool or beach as well as great restaurants. Both bedrooms feature queen beds and Samsung 40” TV, the living room has a pull out couch and a 50” Samsung TV.

A perfect romantic rendezvous spot or a place to take the kids! This cozy beach cottage is located on a canal with 30’ seawall. Short 3 min walk to beach! Huge pool, private beach, gym, billiard room, bathrooms/showers. Bath house located 3 doors down w/ extra showers, laundry room, & extra bathrooms.

Attached beachfront restaurant. Beach chairs (do NOT exceed maximum weight limit ), beach umbrella, boogie board in unit. USE ALL BEACH EQUIPMENT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

From Sunrise to Sunset, you can relax and unwind on either of our two balconies - our living room balcony is ocean front, and the Primary Bedroom Balcony has views across the island to the river. We do our best to keep our condo stocked with essentials - from cooking basics, beach gear, to cleaning supplies and more.
