We welcome you at our amazing home with lots of room for fun. Only 5 minutes to Universal Studios, walking distance to shopping and restaurants, close to entertainment district and and large shopping center on Ventura Blvd. Enjoy private gated front yard, large pool, outside playground, gourmet kitchen, living room with fireplace and game room with ping-pong table by the pool area. It has been upgraded overtime but exudes charm and will transport you to a serene Mediterranean oasis. Imagine Tuscany, yet you are only 10 minutes to prime Hollywood or Studio City!

OPTION: $50 to heat the pool, plus $50 per day to keep the pool heated during your stay, with a 2-day minimum.

The house features an open-concept design with a separate small bedroom, magnificent patio through the French doors of the living room, giving into the pool/jacuzzi.
