Welcome to our Modern Kubo House, our home away from home. You want to unwind when you're on vacation, right? A lot of thoughts went into the house's design and amenities. We carefully considered and worked hard to create a more authentic home experience, home-like atmosphere, and comfortable escape in our Modern Kubo House. Our wish is for you to have fun in our little slice of heaven. It is located right in the heart of Brgy. Lucap, 10- 15 minutes walking to wharf and 2 minutes drive by car.

Mulberry Private Resort: Farm Villa Near the Beach

The private farm resort is located in Wenceslao, Caba, La Union. It’s in the grapes farm area in LU and 40 mins away from San Juan. The place is a short walk away from the beach. The whole villa is for the exclusive use of guests. It has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living, kitchen & dining area . Enjoy our amenities: 9x4 meters pool with kiddie area, gazebo with kitchen & videoke, rooftop deck with scenic views, fast wifi, Smart TV with Netflix, mulberry picking, and fish & pay at the pond.

Each room is good for 4-5 persons and are listed below exclusive of airbnb fees: 1 room- 4,000 PhP/night 2 rooms- 7, 500 PhP/night 3 rooms- 10,000 PhP/night Each room has an extra foam (queen size) To make your stay enjoyable and fun too, you can use our karaoke for free plus we have set up an outdoor fireplace. A home away from home! This native loft-style cottage on a beachfront property was built as a home away from the busyness of the metro for my parents during the time of COVID pandemic. And now, we share it with you! Our cottage accommodates 4 pax, max of 6 pax upon request. Fur babies are welcome! You can make your own hearty meals in our full kitchen with sunroof. Enjoy stargazing, and campfire in our spacious greenery.
