Enjoy the gems that nature has to offer while still being in walking distance to the downtown area and restaurants. Spend the day on the water, dinner in town and a Bon Fire in the backyard oasis.

Equipment for most activities can be rented at the Kivi Park Chalet or you can bring your own.

Our family friendly lake front cottage is located 40km east of Sault Ste Marie, the ideal space to escape and relax at. The cottage offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bath with open concept living areas. Enjoy wonderful views of the lake and mountains from the deck. Full access to private waterfront yard with a beachy area, fire pit and dock. Swimming, fishing and kayaking are a must. Bring life jackets for water play and worms for fishing. Many trails for ATVs out your back door.

This beautiful home offers 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, home gym and much more! Relax in the 5 persons hot tub and or in the massage chair. This house has all that you would need for your stay. The home is pet friendly for well behaved dogs and do ask that the pets do not go on the furniture. We do have a pet fee.

Little retro lake house (3 floors) + sauna

Welcome to our cozy retro lake house, next to Lake Nephawin and nature, but just a minute by car away from the dining and grocery shopping options of Four Corners. We are always looking to improve. On September 19 2025, for example, we replaced the queen mattress with a new one, replaced the twin bed with a new one, and replaced the foam in the seat cushions of the living room sofa and matching chair.
