1820 Federalist Farmhouse

Built in 1820 in the Federalist style, our farmhouse sits on one acre of partially wooded land directly across the street from the Neshobe Golf Course. The house has 3 bedrooms (sleeps up to 6), two and half baths, a kitchen, a dining area, a library, a sitting room, and a media room. The house’s greatest claim is an original mural hand painted by Brandon’s long-term artist-in-residence, Warren Kimble. The Nest, an outbuilding that sleeps up to 4, can be rented for an additional $60 per night.

Vermont Schoolhouse

This renovated historic schoolhouse provides a peaceful setting from which to explore everything the Middlebury area has to offer. A sunny main room with cathedral ceilings contains a kitchen, eating area, and space to relax. In the back are a main bedroom with king-size bed and two smaller adjoined bedrooms with twin beds. The schoolhouse is a 10-minute drive from Middlebury. Easy access to hiking, skiing, and cycling. Ideal for families, individuals, or couples looking for a quiet retreat.

Quaint 1-bedroom cottage on Blue Ledge Farm

This cozy cottage is on Blue Ledge Farm- a working goat dairy. It is a one-bedroom with a double fold-out futon in living room to potentially fit 4 guests. It is within 15 minutes of both Brandon and Middlebury, 1 hour south of Burlington. Pets are allowed, on leash. It can possibly include a farm and cheese tasting for an extra $20 per person (contact host in advance). It is the perfect place if you're an animal or cheese lover looking for a rustic and relaxing stay on a beautiful farm.

Waterfront Vermont Lake House w/ Panoramic Sauna

Waterfront on Lake St. Catherine, with almost 100ft of private lake frontage and a view that's hard to beat. Watch the sunrise from the deck or from inside our new panoramic barrel sauna. Explore the lake by kayak or canoe — both included for guests. Keep an eye out for both bald eagles and loons. There's also a fire pit for evening s'mores — firewood included as well. Great for families — we've got a crib, a bunk room for the kids, and a bookshelf of board games for those rainy days.

The Swallows Nest in a wildlife preserve

You’ll find serenity here with huge open vistas. We are two miles from the town of Brandon. Brandon has restaurants, shops, art galleries and music venues. The Berghüttli: Glowing Swiss Hut in the Forest

The Berghüttli ("little mountain hut") is a Swiss-inspired hut and farm stay surrounded by National Forest in Goshen, VT (pop. 168). A completely private escape—no other structures in sight, just woods and quiet. Inside, a wall of windows brings the forest right up to you, while glowing maple plywood fills the space with warm light. High-speed fiber internet runs a reliable 300 Mbps.
