YurtSimple

YurtSimple is where life slows down and people unplug. It’s forest bathing in nature. It’s getting away from it all to spend time with a partner, by oneself, and sometimes with pets. You’ll be driving past YurtCation (about 300 feet past YurtCation) to get to YurtSimple. YurtCation is 20’ in diameter and YurtSimple is 16’ in diameter. Wood and charcoal are provided. You may cook on the indoor wood stove top, or visit any number of great restaurants 2 miles away. You can even order pizza delivery

Our Sweet Retreat is a perfect location for winter activities and is a short drive to downtown Lake Geneva. Tons of bars and restaurants to enjoy and explore . Three ski resorts, tons holiday festivities, Santa cruise and much more located around the area. Our home is fully decorated and ready for your friends and family.

Even better, Lauderdale Lake access is less than a mile away with a pier for fishing, kayak for exploring, or bring your own boat for more lake fun! With parking space enough for two cars and a boat, day boat slip access, and Wisconsin favorites ready for you on arrival, you won't be disappointed!

Camp Wandawega: Lakeside 3 Bedroom Cabin

Overlooking the lake nestled right behind the main lodge, this cabin has 3 bedrooms, a half bathroom, a seating a room, a basic kitchenette & access to camp showers downstairs. One large bedroom has a queen bed, one room with bunkbeds, & one with a full bed to accommodate a max of 6 guests. (But the bunkbeds are best for kid-sized humans). Like all of Wandawega, it’s a back-to-basics, no-frills, primitive experience. Simple rooms, vintage furnishings. There is heat & a couple AC window units.

We are lovers of "Lake Life" and want to share our experiences of Turtle Lake with others who love tranquility and time to reflect, but also want to hike at the Kettle Morraine State Forest, enjoy camp fires, tour local historic towns such as Lake Geneva and other sites, fish (including the best ice fishing in the area!), canoeing, paddle boarding, swimming, reading, and simply enjoying conversations with friends and family. We recently remodeled the kitchen, bathroom and 2 lower bedrooms.

It’s close to Walworth County fair grounds where the flea market, Das Fest and Rib Fest are held. This is country living with plenty of opportunity to enjoy the beautiful outdoors or the peace and quiet of the countryside.

Cozy, quiet, accessible Lake Geneva home with large open living area, vaulted ceilings, large 1-acre wooded lot. 3 minutes from beach, 5 minutes to both Lake Geneva and Williams Bay, 2 minutes to a local Wisconsin-style convenience store. Welcome to the Peacock Cottage! Located on a deep, private lot surrounded by woods, so it's great to let loose without any nearby traffic.
