Beautiful, 170 feet of waterfront Carriage House with a lovely sandy beach for a relaxing vacation in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Very close to the White Mountain National Forest, Kancamagus Highway, and several Ski Resorts. Within 45 minutes to the beaches of Maine and the Seacoast of New Hampshire. Our Carriage House is 1.5 hours from Boston and 2 hours from Worcester, MA. The Carriage House was built in 2021 with top-line finishes, fixtures, and furnishings for a romantic getaway.

The Vershire Fortress

The property spans 6 acres that are available to all guests looking for a bit of snow-shoeing or a walk in the woods. Plus recent renovations! Designed and built by architect, Nick Fabrikant, it offers splendid open floor plans and incredible natural lighting through the many South-facing windows.

The Doll House has everything you’ll need at under 700 square feet. This fully-outfitted, historic, full-house rental has a complete kitchen, living room, two-bedrooms, bath, back sitting room, front farmer's porch and beautiful gardens and sitting areas. The Doll House is within easy walking distance to the Town Common, great restaurants and shopping, the Flying Monkey, and PSU. Relax, read, fish, listen to the loons - a perfect get-away to completely unplug. Great hiking, kayaking, and biking in the area. Grill, hammock, and fire-ring by water's edge.

Cozy converted artists’ studio, tucked in the hills at the end of a country road. Open the French door to views of a sprawling garden and rolling fields, alight with fireflies in the spring and bursting with color in the fall. Warm yourself by the wood burning stove after winter fun or unwind with a local microbrew by the fire pit, listening to the Whippoorwills on a summer evening. Beautiful in all seasons, this modern, comfy cottage is the perfect place to get away from it all.

Ogden's Mill Farm

Private guest house situated on over 250 acres, with fully equipped gourmet kitchen and great views of quiet fields and valley. Pond with diving board for swimming in the summer. Giant sledding hill is a favorite of children and adults alike. Trails on property for hiking, xc- skiing, and snowshoeing. 15 mins to Woodstock VT. 45 mins to Killington,Pico and Okemo. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Hanover and Norwich VT 20 mins. Please note not handicapped accesible.

Tasseltop Cottage in Sugar Hill

Our guest house, affectionately known as the “shanty” is located in a very private setting on our property in Sugar Hill. We are located about 25 minutes from the Brenton Woods Ski area and also Loon Mountain ski area. Cannon Mountain is about a 15 minute drive. Our property abuts the Toad Hill Farm wedding venue and is a 5 minute drive from the cottage. The Bishop Farm wedding venue is about 12 minutes away.

Waterfront Escape

Set just 20 feet from Pequawket Pond, this unique two-level cottage offers direct waterfront access in a quiet association. A spiral staircase leads to a lower-level bedroom with walk-out access, creating a distinct and private layout. Minutes from Mount Washington Valley, with easy access to skiing, hiking, and local shops. Guests also enjoy use of a kayak and two paddleboards for time on the water.

Just 5 miles from Woodstock, the Cottage at StillwoodVT is a bright and cozy two-story home set on a peaceful 20-acre oasis of woods, pasture, and hill views. Two bedrooms (queen upstairs, full downstairs), one bath with shower, and open kitchen/living/dining area. Private, quiet, and surrounded by nature. One-bedroom use receives 10% back after checkout (not combinable with other discounts).
