This spacious two bedroom basement suite is complete with two full bathrooms is the perfect place for your mountain getaway! Modern, newly built house is right in Boone, but nestled on a beautiful ridge to provide the privacy and desired mountain escape. The home is less than 5-10 minutes to downtown Boone and 321 amenities and ASU, 15 to Blowing Rock, 10 to Foscoe and about 25 to Banner Elk and all the many outdoor activities, dining and shopping offered. **4wd or awd required in the winter!!!

Apartment in Linville near Ski Sugar

Enjoy the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains at this peaceful and centrally-located apartment. The space is ready for your mountain adventures. The quaint one bedroom apartment is located just 2 miles away from the Blue Ridge Parkway, Grandfather Mountain, and fantastic trails. Walk to the historic Hampton Store for BBQ and live music. Just 6 miles to Ski Sugar on state maintained roads. Boone and Blowing Rock are a short 30 minute drive. Restaurants and grocery stores are within 5-10 minutes.

Beech Mountain offers unparalleled scenery and an abundance of year-round activities. You will need 4WD/AWD in snowy months. There is an All Season Center onsite with indoor heated pool, 2 indoor hot tubs, steam room, sauna, exercise room, and recreational area with: ping pong, pool table, corn hole, and arcade games.

Come wake up in the clouds to million dollar, long range views from this chic, sweet retreat atop Sugar Mountain! Enjoy your overlook nook with a warm cup of coffee or nice glass of wine from one of the wineries within a 10-15 minute drive. Our building is at the end which means THE BEST LONG RANGE VIEWS!! We ARE a ski in/ski out resort, however, we decided although we love to ski, we don’t mind adding in a few extra steps because this view is so worth it! Wait until you see that sunset!!

The "Hut" in Banner Elk NC

The "Hut" is less than one mile from the red light in downtown Banner Elk. Only a fifteen minute walk or less than two minute drive will put you in the heart of this quaint little town. Less than half a mile to the local brewery and only a ten minute walk to the town park. The owners are on premises and very attentive to the needs of their guests. Those interested in hosting parties should look for other accommodations. Strict no pet policy. The space will only accommodate two guests.

Rich Mountain View near Boone and ASU

The current pricing is for the almost 800 sq/ft. apartment only. Most of our quest can not believe how big it is. They always say it is bigger than the pictures show it to be. There is a full kitchen with everything needed for cooking and full size washer and dryer. Also a queen bed, and a twin sofa sleeper in the bedroom, and a a queen sofa sleeper in the living room/kitchen area. A level and paved parking area. A very quiet place away from town but only 1/2 mile to Hwy 421. Thank you

LISTING in VALLE CRUCIS, NC. Cozy downstairs apartment in the heart of Valle Crucis. Just one mile from historic Mast General Store, Valle Crucis Park and the Watauga River. Hiking trails straight from the front door. Short drive to Boone/Appalachian State University and Banner Elk and all 3 ski areas. We are a family of four (plus some 4-legged friends), on the go with sports and outdoor activities like mountain biking, skiing and climbing. Quiet setting, dark skies, and mountain vistas!

Chalet #1 is part of White Wolf Lodge. Relax and unwind on the comfy oversized couches while you sip on coffee or a glass of wine and enjoy the spectacular mountain views. Our units do have air conditioning for those who like it extra cool in the summertime. Beech mountain rarely hits 75 degrees. Kitchen is newly updated with granite countertops and fresh paint. Free on-site parking. Stairs are required to access. Enjoy the convenience of Holy Smokes BBQ located in White Wolf Lodge.

Nobles Nest

Relax with the whole family in our sweet Hawks Peak nest. Centrally located in the heart of the High Country, this adorable condo serves as a great home base to enjoy Boone, Banner Elk, Linville, Newland, Blowing Rock, West Jefferson and everywhere in between. With two bedrooms, both featuring king beds, spacious living area and covered deck with an outdoor dining and living room, this space is your perfect home away from home while taking in all the High Country has to offer.

Nannie's Nest

Nestle in this guest suite apartment located in the small town of Elk Park. Enjoy sightseeing, hiking, skiing, antique shops & more! Our nest is small so please describe your pet(s) before booking. There is a $30 pet fee so select “traveling with pets” when booking. The pet fee must be paid at booking to avoid a $150 service fee. No smoking, no partying, no events (see house rules). Parking for one vehicle only and park up to and parallel with the entrance gate.
