The surrounding area offers activities on the Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Sugar Mountain is a four season community with snow skiing, tubing, golf, tennis, and mountain biking with delightful restaurants and shops nearby. Cozy up to a fire in the gas log fireplace or relax in the jetted tub after a day of skiing.

We love the window-covered walls! It's like being in a tree house... on the ground:) Outside is an acre of flat wooded and grassy yard for exploring plus a fire pit and plenty of seating. We leave you all of the things you need for a great fire!! There is a chance that guests will be staying next door at the antique cabin while you occupy the tiny house. On the other side of the cabin, there is a family favorite guaranteed-catch trout farm - but, occasionally, you may smell the fish!

200 yards from the slopes, 400 yards from the golf course and the tennis courts, Cozy Condo with its nice deck is the perfect place to relax with friends, family and Fido. This apartment does not have AC because it is located 5200 feet above the sea level. Due to the high elevation, of Sugar Mountain, the highest temperatures are high 70s during the afternoon which does not happen a lot, and 60s during the night.

Ideally located a short drive to nearby Banner Elk restaurants.
