Very nice apartment for 4 persons on perfect location. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, Smart TV, High-speed internet, fully equipped kitchen. Two balconies with sea view (from each room). Relaxing, peaceful setting. House is located directly on the beach surrounded with small park. Parking place is assured in the back yard. Very nice pool is available in the garden where you will be able to enjoy swimming and relaxing in it. Plenty of comfortable beach-chairs and sunscreens for all the guests.

Apartment is located in app 10 minutes drive from the attractive ancient town of Zadar and is only 5 km far from Zadar Airport . This property is situated directly by the seaside. Enjoy the comforts of our apartment; it's spacious, feel free to walk barefooted on the timber flooring...after an early morning swim enjoy a coffee on our balcony or in our living area, both with incredible sea views, watch the regattas, wonderful sunsets, with a bit of luck even dolphins...have yourself a bbq in our garden/ grill area under the shade of the grape vines, or just grab one of our bikes and go for a nice bike ride...

Kuća za odmor Sudinjevi dvori u potpunosti renovirana stara dalmatinska kuća idealna za obiteljski odmor s kapacitetom za 6 osoba. Kuća je na dvije etaže s prostranim dvorištem. Tu je velik vanjski kamin te natkrivena terasa. U prizemlju kuće smještena je kuhinja s prostranim dnevnim boravkom i blagavaonicom, unutarnji kamin te WC. Na katu su 3 spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima i kupaonicama. Iz balkona se pruža lijep pogled na marinu i otoke. Kuća je u mirnom predjelu Sukošana.
