Outside on the patio there is a charcoal or gas grill, & a wood firepit for camp night! Enjoy a relaxing evening in a rocking chair on the porch, or in an oversized arm chair in the sunroom with a view of Lake Mokoma.

The “old school” lodge overlooks our humble, but beautiful lake, at Camp Maple Lake. Vacationing at Camp Maple Lake is a unique opportunity to explore the grounds of an old summer wilderness camp, without all the campers & counselors. Canoe on the lake, go fishing, or sit on the lake side deck with your cup of coffee & watch the sunrise. Sorry, the lake is not for swimming, just for snapping turtles and fish And don't forget to bring firewood and s’mores for a camp fire under the stars.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Enjoy sitting on the over sized deck overlooking the lake while swinging on the porch swing. Or grill some food on the brand new propane grill while admiring the view. There is also an outdoor fire pit area available above the cabin as well.

The cottage is centrally located in town. It is about a five-minute walk to the lake, the park, the Sweet Shop, Museum, Eagles Mere Inn and Country Store. You can’t get any more convenient!
