Country Cottage

Country side private house nestled in the beautiful Laurel Mountains of Pennsylvania. Minutes from Ebensburg . Sit out on the back or front porch for morning coffee, watch the local turkey or deer pass through. Minutes away from one of the inaugural Rails to Trails in the east, including The Ghost Town Trail. You can bike, or walk along the beautiful river. Fifteen minute drive to Yellow Creek State Park. 25 minute drive to IUP, Saint Francis University and Mount Aloysious College.

The Blue Cottage

Remodeled 2nd floor of Country Cottage on the edge of town. Private entrance, 1 bedroom w/ Queen bed, eat in kitchen, bathroom, livingroom and use of outdoor firepit. Walking distance to Ghost Town Trail, Memorial Park, Ebensburg town square, community swimming pool, Legends Gym, Nathan's Divide Water Shed and Lake Rowena Park. Area colleges include, Saint Francis Univ, Mount Aloysius College, Univ of Pittsburgh Johnstown, Indiana Univ of Pa, Penn State Univ, and Penn State Altoona.

Little House in the Big Woods

This is a carriage house where you will feel very comfortable in the newly renovated home. It is secluded and peaceful with beautiful wooded views but a quick drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Walking up a set of steps will feel a little like a house in the sky. It overlooks the mountains. There is a beautiful deck to sit outside and enjoy that view and the peace and quiet. There is a fire pit located on the property to continue that cleansing of all stress and worries.

This immaculate, stylish 2-bedroom apartment is all yours! It's comfortably furnished and located in the heart of the city. Decorated in funky, vintage motorcycle-themed decor with a record player and a pile of old vinyl, it's one of a kind. Located in downtown Johnstown, you're in walking distance to restaurants, a coffee house, a mircobrewery, and local attractions like America's oldest record store, Coal Tubin', PNG Park, the Inclined Plane, and the home of AAABA baseball.

Kitchen, bath & bedroom refreshed in 2026. After a day of sightseeing relax on the patio with a glass of wine & dinner prepared on the grill. Close to shopping, restaurants, UPMC Hospital, PSU Altoona, Horseshoe Curve, Canoe Creek, 40 minutes to Penn State University Park, 2 miles to I 99 and US 22.
