Kitchen is fully equipped for any meals at home. Includes BBQ, backyard patio, in suite laundry & workspace desk. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac at the base of Little Conkle you are close to many vineyards, hike and bike trails, and the Summerland Steam Train. Visit the local scene or choose it as your base in the Southern Okanagan Valley.

Welcome to the Okanagan, welcome to our home! We'd like to share with you our sweeping lake, orchard and vineyard vistas. Our walkout basement suite has ONE bedroom with a QUEEN bed, one pull-out DOUBLE sofa in the living room and a bathroom with shower. We haven’t a full kitchen, but offer countertop convection oven/ toaster, microwave, induction hotplates, rice cooker and crockpot. We have a gas fireplace for cool nights,TV, books and games. Our patio has partial cover, and of course, a BBQ!

Powell Beach Summer Home

Location - Location - Location! Entire 4 bedroom house to yourselves. Walk to the beach (Powell Beach on Okanagan Lake) which is at the end of the street, go swimming, biking, hiking, jogging, play tennis at the nearby courts... We are conveniently located in desirable Trout Creek, Summerland which is in between Penticton (7 minute drive) & Summerland Upper Town (4 minute drive). Bikes provided as well. Sorry, no pets. Note: July & August bookings are Saturday to Saturday.

Sparrows Nest

Welcome to “The Sparrows Nest” your vacation home away from home. Our home is located in Trout Creek, a 5 minute drive from the center of Summerland, 15 minutes to Penticton. The unit sleeps up to 5 people. We want to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible but we ask for quiet time after 11 PM. This 2 level studio has a spacious living area with sofa plus sofa-bed, kitchenette, 1 bathroom and 2 raised lofts with queen size beds.
