The Little Green Guest House

We picked the perfect location for exploring New River Gorge! We actually live here and LOVE it. Over the last 2 years, we completely rebuilt this Little Guest House from the ground up while exploring and putting together the local's ultimate guidebook of the area. Our goal was to make a cozy and cute cottage to highlight why we love WV so much. We strive for eco-friendly practices because we want to see this place clean and thriving for our kids and visitors to enjoy for years to come.

Make some memories and get sorted in the tiny great hall, camp out at the cup, sleep in a common room, head for the magical candy shop, and solve the puzzles in the herbology themed escape room! Small details abound from the familiar characters in portraits to the potions cabinet, the car in the tree, the Lumos & Nox switches, & much more. All just outside the New River Gorge National Park! INSIDE THE NATIONAL PARK. The Cabin on Pennington Hill is the perfect rustic cabin for a couple or small group of 4. Set on top of a hill overlooking a beautiful pond, this cabin will give you a taste of the West Virginia outdoors. The perfect affordable base camp for outdoor enthusiasts. You'll spend most of your time outside enjoying the deck and the view but when you move inside you'll have a comfortable queen bed and a futon to sleep on. A basic kitchen has everything you need.

Mountain Holler Rental - Private & Peaceful Home

Located in the beautiful city of Summersville WV, this house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a full kitchen. Recently added outdoor deck with Seating, BBQ Grill and designated Smoking Area. Our House is Pet Friendly upon approval, featuring a small fully fenced in yard for your fur-babies. Guests will experience a quite and peaceful stay with local outdoor activities available within a short drive. * Pet Owners: It is mandatory you let us know your pets are coming to prep your stay!

Songbird Sanctuary

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Our place is on a little dirt road with a beautiful view of the sun rising over the mountains and horses grazing in the field. Off the main road approximately 1/10 of a mile with no traffic in front of the house. Beautiful backyard with a fire pit and grill, also corn hole for outdoor fun. No nosy neighbors, but the sound of children playing nearby. Just minutes away from rafting, mountain climbing and new river gorge

The Lodge -walk to the Lake!

Enjoy the peace and quiet of West Virginia while relaxing in a cabin in the woods! In the summer listen closely and you will hear the boats on Summersville Lake. Easily walk to the lake from the cabin, just 0.75miles one way on private roads. Located a few minutes from Summersville Lake Marina and dam and 20 minutes from Fayetteville. Visit the New River Gorge Bridge or go whitewater rafting, ziplining, horse back riding and all the other adventures the area has to offer.

Note: We do not have the ability to charge Electric Vehicles, and there is no reliable EV charging station nearby. Please do not bring EVs on your trip!

The Pond at Mt Nebo - a 16 acre retreat

Located near Summersville Lake, the Gauley River, Summersville Sate Park, New River Gorge National Park and Preserve and Fayetteville, my house sits on 16 acres to relax and get away from it all. My goal is to make the house comfortable but still have all you need to feel at home and hang out with your friends and family. I have owned this place for 17 years and have been wanting to share this place with others to experience this great place.
