Our "Backpacker" is a cute and cozy 96 sq.ft. of tiny house nirvana. Situated on a small tidal slough, it provides a beautiful natural setting for reflection and appreciation of that which is good in life. For those looking for luxury, the Backpacker is not for you (you may encounter bugs and it's really hot in summer). However, the Backpacker has a pretty cool vibe, and is extremely convenient to historic Charleston and Funky Folly Beach. The Backpacker is for backpackers and nature lovers.

Cottage in the Oaks is truly a dream cottage. Our goal was to make this cottage a restful, peaceful home away from home. We are nestled on 2.5 acres with multiple ancient Live Oaks. You will feel as though you are in a country setting but are only a 2 minute drive to the center of Historic Summerville, with multiple choices of restaurants, local shops and of course bars. This charming cottage is a haven tucked off of Folly Road. Only 5 minutes from Folly Beach and 8 minutes from downtown historical Charleston. The porch over looks the large lot that is framed in by four majestic Grand Oaks that are draped with Spanish Moss, hence how the cottage was named. While relaxing it is possible to see the occasional deer, turkey, racoon and fox.

Private Studio - minutes to Folly Beach & Downtown

Our guest studio is located at our home minutes to Folly Beach and Downtown Charleston. The studio is one room and features a queen bed, dining area with an apartment size refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave. There is a bathroom with a small stand up shower. There is a private entrance, covered porch and fenced yard area along with off-street parking.

Park Circle Cottage

Located just a mile or less from all that Park Circle has to offer. Large fenced in backyard on a quiet neighborhood street. Dining,shopping, breweries, distilleries, parks, all within a mile of the property. Nearby beaches include Sullivans Island and Isle of Palms 20/30 minutes depending on traffic. Only eight miles from historic downtown Charleston.
