Our property is a quick 5 minute walk to Main St. and all that Downtown Park City has to offer. The Town Lift is also less than a 10 minute walk away while Deer Valley Resort is a 1.5 miles away(free shuttle). This is not a rental with basic items purchased just to get by. Every room has been carefully thought out and this house is very comfy.

Two queen beds, a fully stocked kitchen & gas grill allow for a cozy and comfortable experience. Relax in the hot tub and take in the breathtaking views after a day skiing or hiking nearby.

The Retreat, close to everything.

Our family calls it "The Retreat" it is an easy 20 minute drive from the airport and about 10 mins to area resorts. There are several more ski resorts in the area, with a short drive. The Retreat is very well maintained and kept updated, with the highest quality and livability in mind. Kitchen equipment, appliances, and wares are some of the best available. Mattresses, bedding, towels, and supplies are of quality. This is not a budget Inn it is "The Retreat", enjoy it as we do and come back.

This beautiful bright and spacious one bedroom condo (480 sq ft) has been renovated in a very clean style with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, king bed, and sofa bed. Enjoy mountain views from your bedroom window and living room patio. Ideally located in Park City town with views of historic Rail Trail and Park City Resort, allowing quick access to an extensive trail system for hiking and biking and skiing/snowboarding. WIFI, smart TV, hot tub (pool is closed for 2023).
