Unit 4 offers open plan accommodation consisting of Kitchen, Bathroom, Seating Area with TV and comfortable sleeping configuration for a small family. The units has private verandas with pool and garden views.

This beautiful one bedroom apartment does have a bit of charm to it with a flavour of an old school look. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood in Despatch and walking distance to a local shop. Parking is under a security flood light, but not enclosed. Although this is a self catering apartment I shall assist you where I can. The apartment do have a maximum capacity of 6 to sleep, but 2 will have to share a sleeper bunk bed.
