Our listed heritage cottage makes for a luxurious self-catering Karoo escape and is conveniently situated in the heart of the “horseshoe” area of Graaff-Reinet. It is fully air conditioned for those sweltering Karoo days and features a back patio which is a perfect place for a quiet and cosy barbeque. Although an ideal "lock and go" for a group of 4, if you're needing space for more family and friends, you have the option to book our neighbouring property, 54 Middle Street, which also sleeps 4.

Rainbows End - Cannonville / Sundays River gem

Laze back and reconnect with your loved ones in this family-friendly home. Rainbows End is a riverfront home on the banks of the Sundays River. It offers comfortable self-catering accommodation for 8 guests in a beach house with lovely river views and access. The southern entrance of the Addo Elephant National Park is only 4.2 km by tar road. The Sundays River is navigable for +- 22 km, passing through the quaint villages of Cannonvillle & Colchester before meandering into the Indian Ocean.

This unique house has recently been renovated and now boasts 3 en suite rooms. With beautiful wooden floors throughout the house it is very cosy. There is air conditioning in every room which is essential in the Graaff-Reinet summer. We also have hot blankets on the beds to make you comfortable during the cold winters. There are re charable lights throughout the house to beat loadshedding blues. We use a self checck in. Bring the whole family to this beautiful home with lots of room for fun!

The Holiday home offers a beautiful view over the Sundays River. IF YOU BOOK FOR 2 ADULTS ONLY one of the bedroom will be lock! Private 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom house for 4 people max, stunning and spacious you can enjoy your private pool garden and verandah with big braai area. Self-catering, the kitchen is fully equipped with a big fridge, gaz stove and airfryer so you can feel righ at home. Please note that the HOLIDAY HOME is situated 400m away from the rest of the guets house.

The accommodation is located 200m from the Sundays river with it's huge sand dunes, bird watching and minutes away from Addo Elephant Park. Activities in the area are: Sandboarding, river cruising, game drives, zip lining and fishing. The house: The house is suitable for entertaining and the open spaces give you the perfect holiday feeling. The two rooms are spacious with each having an on suite bathroom. An indoor braai gives a real South African atmosphere Kids and pets are welcome.

De Kothuize 10 Self-catering Cottage

This, one of the most charming and historically significant of the cottages in Graaff-Reinet’s picturesque Parsonage Street, offers three bedrooms all with double beds, all en-suite – one with a shower, and two with small bath/combined shower arrangements. There is a fully-equipped kitchen, a separate dining room and a sitting room. Externally, there is a paved entertainment facility, with a table and chairs, leading through to a swimming pool in an adjoining separate walled area.

Charming cottage in the Middle of Town

A beautiful Karoo cottage with all the comforts you need for an overnight stay. On a quiet cul de sac in the Centre of town. Three Bedrooms (2 with King Size XL Beds), Aircon, two modern bathrooms (one with shower, the other with bath & shower). There is a fully kitted kitchen with Nespresso Machine, a separate living, dining & outside area with a Webber Braai. An outside shower with a view to the stars & Spandaukop gives you the perfect Karoo feeling.

Charming Heritage Cottage

This historic townhouse is within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. The private courtyard is ideal for a braai (barbecue), or a quiet coffee. The house is child-friendly, and pets are welcome too. A gun-safe is provided, ideal for hunters. The stove is gas, so cooking during load-shedding is never a problem! As with many Graaff-Reinet houses, there is ONLY ON-STREET PARKING. There is also no TV.

We offer the perfect spot for peace and tranquility in the heart of the Nama-Karoo. Mountain biking, long or short Karoo walks and breathtaking sunsets create an environment for a full reboot. We are situated 30km outside the beautiful town of Graaff Reinet. We offer delicious home cooked meals upon arrival, this can be arranged with the host.
