Just outside the entrance, you'll find a private south-facing patio. An extra full size bed will be provided when booking for 3 guests. The apartment is centrally located, just a 7-minute train ride from Stockholm Central and within walking distance to Arenastaden and Mall of Scandinavia. Easy access by car with street paid parking available.

Altaner i alla väderstreck, precis intill en allmänning med lekplats och mycket nära naturreservat med elljusspår, Mountain bike-banor och utegym. 150 m till busshållplats som tar dig till Sundbybergs centrum eller T-bana till Stockholms Central. 100 m till närmaste restauranger, caféer och närlivs. 5 km till Westfield (Mall of Scandinavia), nordens största köpcentrum och ca 1 km till stora livsmedelsbutiker.

The apartment is in a nice and quiet area next to central station, airport transportation. Within 10 minutes walk you can reach the downtown shopping streets with a lot of malls, restaurants, bars and night clubs. The city hall, old town and royal palace are also within the walking distance. There is a subway station Rådhuset just outside the door. The flat is 40 square meters with great views, the bedroom has a 180 cm double bed and balcony. There is a 160 cm bed sofa in the living room.

Mall of Scandinavia med shopping och restauranger samt natursköna promenadstråk vid sjöar och skog finns på gångavstånd. Fullt utrustat kök, tvättmaskin och gratis parkering ingår. Mataffär vid stationen, ca 7 min promenad.

Nära till affär och tunnelbana direkt in till Stockholm centrum. Rekreationsområde, löparstråk 5 minuters promenad.

Detta unika boende ligger mitt i centrala Solna i ett hus byggt 1929 som består av tre lägenheter. Huset är omgivet av en grönskande trädgård med mycket blommor och fina platser att fika, ordna grillmiddag eller ta ett glas kvällsvin. Lägenheten har egen ingång från trädgården och är nyrenoverad och i fint skick. Köket är fullt utrustat för två personer med både diskmaskin och tvättmaskin/torktumlare. WI-FI och TV med Canal-Digital ingår. Gratis P-plats på tomten.

You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.

Also perfect for longer term stay benefiting from the central location/communication
