Two further bedrooms upstairs, one with two single beds and third with Sofa bed and work desk. It is ideal for family getaways or those working from home. Long walks along the beach and surrounding parks, and well serviced with shops, and for those requiring bars and Restaurants within 3 minute walk.

Ivy Cottage is the perfect size for 2, although it can accommodate up to 4. Ideal location, for cycling, walking, fishing and playing golf. There are dog-friendly pubs and cafes within walking distance, as well as a good selection of shops. We have an onsite games room, free for our guests to enjoy. We can accommodate 1 large or 2 small pets, however, please note, we do not have have a secure garden area. The cottage has many wonderful walks right on the doorstep for you to explore.

Seas The Day: a beautiful refurbished 3 bed house

Seas The Day is an 80 (ish) year old home, that housed fishing families from Newbiggin-By-The-Sea for decades. This spacious property has been refurbished throughout and is fully equipped. It is situated on a quiet residential street and a short walk from the main street (Front Street), the promenade, beaches, and the sea. Close by is the Co-Op, a butcher, a fruit and veg store, a fish and chip shop, and numerous eateries and pubs. This home is not set up for children. Pets are welcome.
