Osage Vistas is 23 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with over a mile of paved roads for excellent walking, running and panoramic views of the lake. Its also on the same property as the Regalia hotel and you'll have access to the largest swim up bar pool in the state of Missouri, kids pool, restaurant and playground area. If you want more privacy you can also access one of the POA 6 pools. You will also have a personal designated parking spot directly in front of the unit.

Located at 1481 Ledges Drive. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath Ledges condo is very clean and has everything you need for a fun vacation getaway. It is located close to many bars/restaurants/pools by land and water. There are several boat and pwc rental companies very close to condo if you don't have your own with you. The property has 2 pools and a sand beach area for you to relax and enjoy. There is a nice deck with a gas grill overlooking the main channel with a fantastic view.
