Beautiful Condo in SR Village

Cozy, updated condo located steps from the Sunriver Village. Walk out the front door and you'll find fresh coffee, pastries, beer, groceries, ice skating or mini golf (depending on the season), and everything else the village has to offer! The walking/bike trail is behind the home, which leads you all around Sunriver, including to lodge, Nature Center, Fort Rock Park, Stables, Marina, or SHARC (a pool/hot tub), which is also only a 2 minute drive. As of June 2025 we also have new AC and heat!

- This unique and friendly spot boasts a convenient location to Central Oregon's famous outdoor activities. The space is only a 26 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor, the beginning of the scenic Cascade Lakes Highway, and a short walk to The Village at Sunriver. Community pool, hot tub, and laundry are on site and accessible. Wifi and Netflix logins are provided to all guests. The hot tub is open year round. The pool typically opens on Memorial Day weekend snd typically closes sometime in September.

Conveniently located a short walking path to Sun River Lodge, and The Village. Wifi, cable, smart TV, and DVD provided. Fully stocked.

“Deschutes and Ladders” is an upscale condo on the edge of downtown Bend. In addition to its elegance, you will NOT find a better location in Bend. You're a 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown Bend and a 2 minute stroll to the Deschutes River's edge and Pioneer Park. Up to 4 travelers can sleep here - two in a king bed, and two in the superior queen sofa-bed in the living room. The condo features a fireplace, AC, and two balconies with one grill.
