Cozy, updated condo located steps from the Sunriver Village. Walk out the front door and you'll find fresh coffee, pastries, beer, groceries, ice skating or mini golf (depending on the season), and everything else the village has to offer! The walking/bike trail is behind the home, which leads you all around Sunriver, including to lodge, Nature Center, Fort Rock Park, Stables, Marina, or SHARC (a pool/hot tub), which is also only a 2 minute drive. As of June 2025 we also have new AC and heat!

Family cabin centrally located on par 3, circle 1. Kids bedroom with bunk beds. 4 beds. Sleeps 8, parking for 3. Backyard walking trail and 10 min walk to the village and SHARC. Playroom with toys and electric charging station. Sleeps 8 comes with 5 bikes garage space for kayaks. 8 SHARC passes. Center of all Sunriver action. Its small in the rooms but the common areas are large. The trail in the back gives a feel you are in the center of all the action! It has everything you need in Sunriver.

- This unique and friendly spot boasts a convenient location to Central Oregon's famous outdoor activities. The space is only a 26 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor, the beginning of the scenic Cascade Lakes Highway, and a short walk to The Village at Sunriver. Community pool, hot tub, and laundry are on site and accessible. Wifi and Netflix logins are provided to all guests. The hot tub is open year round. The pool typically opens on Memorial Day weekend snd typically closes sometime in September.

A cozy, charming retreat! Centrally located, just steps from the Sunriver Lodge, the Great Hall, and miles of bike paths! This 2nd floor studio condo is great for small families ....with 1 queen bed and 1 new queen sofa bed (perfect for 2 adults and 2 small children). SHARC passes are included for your summer fun! The kitchenette is small, but well equipped!The patio has a gas barbecue and table for those beautiful Sunriver nights!! The floor to ceiling fireplace adds to the cabin like decor!

Our condo is part of the Powder Village Condominiums, B building, second floor #2. The condo has vaulted ceilings with a lofted area for relaxing. It includes a full kitchen and bathroom with a shower. There is also a balcony with seating and an electric grill. The property includes a seasonal outdoor pool and a hot tub that is open year round and laundry facility on property. There are paved walking/biking trails nearby and a short walk to bars, restaurants and convenience stores.
