Enjoy a beautiful guest suite 5-7 min from the airport or South Strip, on the border of Paradise and Henderson. Very close to the Raiders stadium and UNLV. Guests are welcome to use the pool, spa, patio, and outdoor kitchen. We have gas heaters for chilly winter nights. The unit has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. **Please read the house rules before booking. Sun’s Vegas ABC Retreat

A guesthouse (casita) within a 1-acre compound that’s 8 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to the Strip and less than 15 minutes from the new Allegiant Stadium. The casita consists of 3 mini-suites (a bedroom with private full bathroom), a living/dining room, full kitchen, laundry and powder room. Common area outside of the guesthouse includes the pool, spa, exercise room, pickle-ball court, bocce court and patio with a gas and an electric BBQs. FOR NO SHARING OF COMMON AREAS—See Below.

Luxury Guest House with full kitchen and home amenities, comes with a queen luxury mattress bed with a Futon Sofa bed that can accommodate one more adult or 2 children. The place is a guest house with it’s own private entrance on the side of the house can’t missed the pavers way leading you to the entrance gate. 5 mins from the airport and 5-10 mins to the strip it is a great location. We’ve got cameras, for your protection and ours we have cameras filming only the front of the property.
