Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

Tucked into the forest canopy on Bowen Island, the Wildwood Cabins are authentic, hand crafted post and beam cabins built from local and reclaimed timber. Each cabin is clad in natural and charred cedar and is blended into the sword ferns, cedar, hemlock and fir trees that surround it. Roy Road Cottage

Roy Road Cottage is set on the backdrop of our waterfront property in Roberts Creek, a 15 minute drive from the Langdale ferry terminal. We have private beach access right off the property. There is no view of the ocean from the cottage. Well off the main road our waterfront acreage is a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate. Our cottage is perfect for groups, couples, singles and families. We are open to long term rentals over the winter. Please enquire about pricing.
