Bright and clean apartment only a few minutes drive from Mt Martha's renowned cafes and restaurants, Safety Beach or Mt Martha Beach. 10 to 30 minute drive to local attractions. We are hidden away from the hustle and bustle so a car is a must to get around. The kitchen is for light meals only and won't suit a master chef. If you want to work and need fast internet our apartment is not for you. The apartment is under the same roof as our home so you may hear our kids.

It is across the road from the beautiful sandy beach and picnic area, and a stone throw away from the main shopping strip which is filled with bustling shops, cafes and restaurants.

This property is perfectly situated to discover local wineries, cafes, market stalls and the infamous Peninsula Hot Springs. A great spot for a romantic getaway! Cosy and private one bedroom accommodation with additional living room perfect for that quite getaway. You will have access to the entire downstairs level of this property. The upstairs rooms are not accessible and no one will be there during your stay. There isn't a kitchen but basics like microwave, kettle, toaster and bar fridge are provided. There is also a large covered patio area with outdoor table and chairs and a gas BBQ for your use.
