Beachy abode 35m to Surf Beach from back gate. One bedroom leafy ground floor apartment, in the old ‘Breakaway Lodge’ built in the 1960s. Next to coffee shop, across road from groceries, pizza, Chinese, bottle shop & chemist. Undercover parking, linen & towels. Starter tea/coffee/milk/soap/shampoo. Note: regional area so wifi can be weak at times. Enjoy the beach, books and boardgames. Strictly NO charging of EVs due to body corporate insurance rules. EV station is 10mins away, so plan ahead.

Guerilla Bay Beachfront Hideaway

Enjoy the suberb location of this older style bedsit hideaway with full bathroom, bath, seperate toilet and small kitchenette. Attatched to the main house it has a completely private entrance. Bedsit doesn' face the ocean. You'll find nearby cafes for meals or can cook simple meals in the benchtop oven/ hotplates unit. Take one minute walk down to Guerilla Bay beach or enjoy stunning views from your own outside table in the front garden. Wallabys, echidnas and monitor lizards are common.
