The Penthouse is on the top floor of a 7-story condo with the best sea/sunset views in the estate. It's 360 sqm. There are 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a huge terrace. There are a Jacuzzi and a sala on the terrace. It is about 10 minute walk to Karon beach, one of the famous beaches in Phuket. There are plenty of choices for restaurants nearby. The penthouse can fit in 6 adults of family or friends. Find us on g-o-ogle map by “Veloche group patak road” or “348 Patak Road”.
