Amazing Seaview Vacation Cottage House

This cottage is a small single house totally independent of the main house, sitting isolated on the top backyard. Two separate entries, very privately and romantic, patio with a outdoor fireplace. Located beside the merge of Burnaby and Port Moody, By driving 35 minutes to Downtown Vancouver, 5 minutes to Barnet Marine Park and Rocky Point Park, 20 minutes to Balcarra Regional Park and Buntzen Lake Park. Simple cooking. The cottage in a noble and quiet neighbourhood. Residential neighbours here to be considerate of. Please be reasonable on and after 10PM. Smoking is only allowed outside. The cottage is pet friendly place, but is only for well behaved and trained pets. Pets are forbidden pee and /or poo in the room, otherwise it will be charged at least $200 extra. The cottage is surrounded by forest and garden , very natural , a little bit far from normal residential area, sometimes will see some tiny harmless insects only on the floor.

Self-contained, private, cozy, bright super clean suite. Well stocked with towels, blankets, kitchen supplies, flat screen tv, soaker tub and heated bathroom floor. Safe and eclectic walkable neighbourhood adjacent to park and playground, family, queer and 420 friendly. Free street parking. Very close to public transit. Double bed sleeps two. We can also set up a third person in the pull out ottoman bed. Get extra squishy with a fourth person in the fold down chair that converts to a third bed.

With a massive master suite that opens up onto the private back deck, you have a relaxing place to eat your meals. A nice walk through town takes you to White Rock beach with lots of things to see With in-suite laundry, BBQ, a well-stocked kitchen, cable and highspeed internet, it has everything you could need for a weekend getaway or a longer stay.

This beautiful old building has character in spades. Radiators, high ceilings, tons of square footage, and a claw-foot tub. The main floor hosts a tattoo shop, plus many restaurants on the block. The central location is handy to every single thing, whether you like to walk, bus, or bike. My apartment is large, bright, and boasts a private outdoor oasis off the kitchen. *Please - no perfume or cologne inside my apartment; it lingers long after you're gone. **New photos coming mid-April!

We have free accessible parking, laundry, very fast internet and are also within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, Gas stations, hair and nail salons etc.

Just a 10-minute walk to SkyTrain Station and a 7-minute walk to Save-On-Foods, Shoppers Drug Mart, the location offers easy access to groceries, transit, and downtown Vancouver. Free street parking is included, and Royal Columbian Hospital is just a short stroll away. We are an active family that live in the same house who can sometimes be loud and enjoy the backyard. Quiet time is approximately 10pm until 8am.
