Slate Mtn Cabin, Cozy and Comfy, near Mayberry

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Cozy Cabin with a breath taking front porch view. Private getaway from town but close if necessities are needed. Just 10 min from Mayberry. One queen size bed and comfortable leather couch in living area. The kitchen has limited ability for cooking, ie. No stove. I have microwave, toaster oven, griddle and of course keurig. Great place to unplug and renew. 2 night minimum please. Guests will check in to obtain directions and keys and meet Host.

Big Elkin Creek Farm

The cabin at Big Elkin Creek Farm is a true oasis, tucked away in the foothills of NC. A genuine log home built in the 1800's, it is a fully furnished and completely updated. Located in the center of a beautiful 80-acre farm, the cabin is ideal as a couple's getaway, girls weekend,or perfect for a family of up to six. Guests can choose the solitude of the farm, visit the nearby historic town of Elkin and it's nearby wineries, or take in the beauty of the Blue Ridge Parkway and State Parks.

The SheShed

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The SheShed has a million dollar view and is located 2 miles off the Blue Ridge Parkway. It is at a 3000 ft elevation with vast views of the mountains and valleys. A hiker’s dream location with several hiking trails in the surrounding area. When not hiking you can visit the many vineyards or take a trip to the nearby towns to enjoy local shops, music and dining. This cabin is designed for a couple to get away and get back to nature.

The "Midnight Moon" Cabin, State Road NC

Take it easy at our relaxing cabin while taking a step back in time. Located in State Road, NC, our cabin is made of 100-year-old logs by the one and only "Log Whisperer". The "Midnight Moon" is named after the black Quarter Horse "Moon" who joined his Mom in heaven in Dec. 2024. Spirit, our other black QH, remains at the cabin with his cow friends and new goat herd, who often graze the pastures surrounding our cabin. Relax by the fire or enjoy checkers on the porch, just soak it all in.

The Jackson Cottage at Klondike Cabins

The Jackson Cottage at Klondike Cabins is located in the heart of the Yadkin Valley Wine Region. This rustic, 2-suite, authentic log cottage is filled with early American antiques and historic artwork. The smallest of our cabins, it features two bedrooms with one queen-sized bed, one full-sized bed, two full private baths and private entrances. You will find a large sitting area with sofa, chairs, fireplace, and a patio overlooking the Grassy Creek Vineyard and Winery Tasting Room.

Luxury log cabin at its best! Located high above the Yadkin River, this beautiful cabin lacks no amenities. Spacious bedrooms with a King and two Queen beds. A luxurious kitchen with plenty of storage and cooking space. A huge outside deck with screened porch, open porch and combo grill. Additionally, you can wind down your day relaxing in the hot tub. Please make sure that you register the accurate number of guests that you plan to bring. This will give you accurate pricing.
