E' situato al piano terra, sotto la "Baita Paolo", in una zona pianeggiante immersa nel verde della natura. Ideale per famiglie e coppie che cercano tranquillità e che vogliono esplorare un bellissimo paesaggio ricco di sentieri e viste mozzafiato sul fondovalle valtellinese e sulla Valmalenco. Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

Large ski room, underground parking and direct bus to the ski station in front of the door. 3 single beds in the bedroom and lovely, folding 2x1 double bed in the living room. Wake up with a view of the mountains! TV / highspeed WLAN. Bathroom with bath/shower and large mirror cabinet.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Hier könnt ihr euch in absoluter Ruhe in der Bergwelt entspannen und richtig abschalten. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei separate Schlafzimmer und eignet sich damit bestens für Familien. Wlan ist vorhanden und damit auch Homeoffice aus den Bergen möglich.
