Enjoy this 3rd floor (no elevator) renovated condo with amenities-tennis courts, walking & biking paths connecting to downtown Lewes & 2 outdoor pools in season. The condo is east of route 1, 3 miles to Lewes beach & 15+ restaurants, 5 you can walk to (2 blocks away), nail salon, a hair salon, grocery store and a CVS (4 blocks). We need pictures of everyone’s license and the person booking must be at least 25 years of age. There is 4 beach chairs and a large umbrella & 2 chair umbrellas.

Our condo is close to everything: Outlet shopping, Entertainment (water park), Biking trails, A pool and jacuzzi on the property, Downtown shopping, some of the best restaurants in Delaware, great views, art and cultural activities. You’ll love it because of the new and IMMACULATE decor, the overall ambiance and the location! It's great for couples, girlfriend getaways, business travelers, and families with older kids :). PLEASE NOTE, during the summer season we only book full weeks.

First Floor Comfort and Convenience

This first floor condo is conveniently located in a family-friendly community with all you need within walking distance, including several restaurants and a grocery store. A short and easy 3-mile drive to Lewes Beach and the charming town of Lewes makes this an ideal location. Amenities include access to two pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and kids play area. The Georgetown Lewes Biking/Walking Trail, that connects to the town of Lewes, is literally steps from our front door.

The large wrap around 3 season room has a large sitting area along with a table for dining with beautiful pond views. The master suite features a large walk in closet and master bath with the guest bedrooms & bathroom on the opposite side. Plantations is a beautiful community with green space, ponds, mature landscaping and walking paths.

Welcome to my little boho inspired beach house located in the heart of Dewey Beach. 300 feet to the sand, you can hear and smell the ocean from the doorstep. This 2 bedroom 1 bath condo is perfect for small family getaway or with a few friends. Fully equipped little kitchen is available for light cooking, along with gas grills, outdoor showers, and outdoor seating in the condo common areas. I designed this space for me, but I hope you can love it too!Max 4 adults, no parties.
