A lovely lake-side cottage waiting to provide you with a blissful and relaxing time away. The house sits on a quiet street only metres from Swan Lake. Swan Lake is a holiday dream, with quiet beaches that are just perfect as a launching place for kayaks or stand-up paddleboards. Kids love the white sand, the climbing trees and the gentle water. Cudmirrah Beach is a quick 5-minute drive and offers great surf. The cottage is small but finished with high-quality linen and cooking items.

And when you're not swimming in the beach, enjoy the large rear balcony overlooking Warrain Beach, where you will be relaxed by the sites and sounds of ocean whilst having a BBQ. Pa's Place is a home away from home in delightful Swanhaven. A short walk to lovely quiet Swan Lake and 5 minutes drive to beautiful Berrara beach and lagoon for excellent swimming and fishing. Supplied are surf boards, body boards and kayaks for you to use or you can also hire boats locally. Sussex Inlet is a 5 minutes drive away for the supermarket and cinema and cafes. This property is suitable for well behaved dogs. NO Cats please
