Sunset 1 apartment is located 15 minutes walking from old town, 100m from seaside, in quite neighborhood. In front of the house there's a free parking, local bus station, mini market, pharmacy, taxi station and fast food. This waterfront studio apartment occupies the entire top floor (three floors above the ground floor) in an historic stone home on Kotor Bay in the charming village of Muo. Swimming/sunning is available out in front of the apartment, and Old Town Kotor (the part inside the Medieval walls) is about a 25-minute walk. All the apartments in the building have been recently remodeled and have many modern features -- air conditioning, at-grade tiled showers -- but retains a lot of the historic charm.

Beachfront Villa with Boat Tours

As you can see on photos, house is only few steps in front of the beach. 2 parking places are private for our guests. Check in time is flexible as per agreement with guests. Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License.
