This beutiful secluded 5-bedroom villa with an outdoor pool (43m2) is located in Konavle, Dubrovnik's countryside. This house was originally built in 16th century and renovated in 2017. The house (250m2) is luxuriously equipped and air-conditioned. Besides 5 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, there is a modern kitchen, two dining areas, a living room with a piano and a fireplace. Some of the facilities are 6 smart TVs (satellite), free Wi-Fi, free parking places in front of the house.

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

House 12 is carefully decorated, lovely and comfortable house, set only for guests. Every detail has been carefully chosen to give you and your family an incredible and relaxing vacation. The terrace is furnished with dining table & chairs, sun-loungers, outside fridge and electrical BBQ. Heated pool has own furnished and specious terrace, accessible from the main terrace. House is ideal for families with children because we have equipped the yard with small children's playground.

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Apartman "Jovana", 70 m2, u naselju Igalo - Herceg Novi. Nalazi se u potkrovlju privatne kuće, sa vlastitom terasama. Apartman se sastoji od dvije spavaće sobe (u jednoj je smješten bračni krevet, a u drugoj dva odvojena kreveta i dodatni pomoćni ležaj), kuhinje sa trpezarijom i dnevnim boravkom i kupatilom. Gostima je na raspolaganju cijeli stan i jedno parking mjesto. U apartmanu nisu dozvoljene zurke i okupljanja. Kucni red vidno istaknut mora da se postuje.
