Spacious top floor apartment with stunning views

Beautiful spacious apartment (primary family home) on top floor with mountain views in close proximity to nature. Short drive to geothermal swimming pools. Two balconies, one with barbecue. SONOS Five speaker in living room. Located in a nice suburb of Reykjavik, 15 minute direct drive from city centre. Plenty of grocery stores nearby and a nice swimming pool named Salalaug with warm water and hot tubs. Enjoy the glow of the midnight sun during summer time and the northern lights in winter.

Luxury in Iceland

Welcome to my new and modern apartment, it's located , 10-15 minitues from Reykjavik city center. The House was built in 2022 with 6 apartments, mine is on the ground floor, stair with few steps. it is 74 sqm -The living room, kitchen and dining area is in the same section. The bedroom and the bathroom are separated. You can have a look at the set up of the apartment on the photos. The bedroom is with a 160 cm bed and it has room-darkening shades. Washing machine and dryer at the bathroom.

The apartment is ideal for a family or two couples that are travelling the golden circle in Iceland. New and fully equipped with new furniture. Enjoy this great apartment how is located on the Iceland's most popular main street but at the peaceful part with a balcony facing the south with garden view, good park at the back (positin metre) but lots of free parking around the house too. There is one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room that can be used for one person. 2 min form the apartment is the main bus station, supermarket which is open 24/7 and alot of restaurants.
