In your possession there is a warm and cozy 112 m2 apartment with a separate entrance and a spectacular view to the mountains and seafront. One of the most popular and expensive areas in Reykjavik. Close by is the outdoor recreational park Laugardalur with a Zoo and Botanical gardens. 5 min walk there is the biggest swimming pool in the city open daily. Easy transportation to downtown and to/from Keflavik airport. Parking.

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with rain shower, bedroom with large double bed (180x200cm) or two single beds upon request. In the living area is a dining area for 4 and a sofa, which is easily changed to a double bed (140x200cm). Just steps from the sea and the seaside path running the length of the old fishing village of Eyrarbakki.

Our apartment is located in the quiet and peaceful, authentically Icelandic town of Eyrarbakki. Less than an hour away from many of Iceland's major attractions, including the Golden Circle and the Blue Lagoon. Fully-equipped, kitchen and all. We have four apartments that have similar but not identical setups and decor, so the apartment might not match the pictures. Two are on an upper floor (with no lift). If that's an issue, let me know and I'll make sure you get the one in the photos.
