Excellent location, with sea views from the balcony, lounge and bedroom of our Edwardian flat. The two bed flat is roomy with fireplace, high ceilings, a well equipped kitchen, king size bedroom and large back bedroom with 2 singles and 2 full size pull out beds. Linen supplied except for towels. TV, good wifi, books games and beach stuff available. One car space outside and off street free parking nearby. Located in the old town, 2 min. walk from a bakery, shops, restaurants and beach.

A 2 minute walk from the main beach & seconds from a smaller beach for those that like a swim, not to mention a lovely sea view. The flat sleeps 8 & has a modern spacious feel with a king size bed in the master bedroom, bunk beds and a king size bed in the 2nd bedroom & a sofa bed in the lounge. New kitchen and freshly decorated.

Swanage Sands Vegetarian/Vegan Studio

The Sands Studio with its view of the sea stands in the garden of an Edwardian seaside home; situated opposite a short 100 yard footpath straight onto the beach. The room is available on a vegetarian self-catering basis. We are very grateful to our guests for respecting that this is part of a no meat no fish home! The Sands Studio is en-suite, with wifi, 100% cotton linen and towels, kingsize bed, chair bed and a cot or air-bed, television, dvd player, and kitchenette.

Old Coastguard Cottage, Peveril Point, Swanage

Much loved seafront cottage on Peveril Point in Swanage. Amazing location on the beautiful jurassic coast , views across to Old Harry Rocks. Swim, kayak and row from the slipway. A short walk into town and the sailing club or main beach. A short drive from the miles of sand at Studland. A perfect base for a family or walking holiday. High Speed broadband. A pet fee of £60 for the trip will be added to your room rate if you wish to bring a four legged friend.
