Modernised Victorian apartment with parking

The apartment is solid wooden floored throughout, has high ceilings and is stylishly furnished. From June to September we only let full weeks with a Saturday changeover day. The bright, spacious and pretty main living room has the kitchen and dining area within it with fantastic views over the town to the sea. The kitchen is well fitted with a dishwasher and washing machine. We have for a dedicated covered private parking space, which due to its location so near to town is important for you.

This is a comfortable flat for 2 people, with amazing views of Swanage bay. Stairs lead up to the flat which is on the 3rd floor of a Victorian villa. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre and beaches, it is also ideally located for the south west coastal path on the cliffs above Swanage. The property is located on a hill, as are most properties to the right(looking to sea) of the town centre. Attic style rooms on the second floor so visitors do need to be fairly fit. Shared use of garden. Free parking in the road. A decorated seasonal Christmas tree is provided.

Lovely 3 bedroom detached house, minutes walk from the beach Located on the north side of Swanage, so just a short walk along the beach promenade to get to the main shops My family are originally from Swanage many generations ago & my great grandparents had the house built in the 1930's & has been kept in the family ever since, so the house is very special to us The house benefits from a large garden to the front, side & rear. Please note, the guests are advised to bring their own towels.
