Situated right in the centre of the Milton township and easy walking of restaurants and shopping .Great beaches and walks to discover are only a 10 min drive .Please note that the walkway is a little uneven and could be a problem for people with mobility issues. Enjoy a beautiful bush walk from the front door that leads to a wonderful view of the inlet. Walk to the Bowling Club and restaurant.

Supplied are surf boards, body boards and kayaks for you to use or you can also hire boats locally. Sussex Inlet is a 5 minutes drive away for the supermarket and cinema and cafes. This property is suitable for well behaved dogs. NO Cats please
