Family Cozy Cottage with private beach access !

Emerald Isle is known for having beautiful beaches, safe biking trails, and public parks with boating/fishing access allowing for a great vacation experience. Our 3 bedroom 3 bath with additional sleeping loft (5 beds total ) is conveniently located just a short walk to the beach, Bogue Inlet Pier, restaurants and shopping . The cottage offers a private stone patio and upper decks to enjoy the breeze. A private beach neighborhood access is at the end of the block, just a 3-5 minute walk.

Our beach is never crowded — even in the summer, as we're on a stretch in the middle of the island that's sparsely populated with just one row of houses (& adjacent homes aren't rentals). It is a perfect place to rest and relax and enjoy country, river life. The carriage house is 650 sq feet of open living space with a full bath, queen size bed, living area and full size kitchen on the second floor of our carriage house. It is private. There is a deck with wonderful views of boating and sunsets. You have access to our dock for sun bathing, fishing and swimming.
