Water Street Cottage

Nestled in Swansboro's historic district, this sea captain's cottage radiates charm and nostalgia, complemented by the luxury of contemporary amenities. Completely renovated in 2024, it sits on the waterfront of the Intracoastal Waterway, next to the historic landmark Poor Man's Hole. It boasts direct water access with a pier and boat lift on two sides. Located near the downtown's eateries and unique attractions, this property offers a chance to experience a modernized historic treasure.

It has a heated pool (April/May and Sept only for an additional fee). As an added benefit the owner offers private parking at a quiet neighborhood beach on Emerald Isle, a short 9-10 minute drive from the home

"Once Upon A Tide" Waterfront cottage

Miles of breathtaking water views looking towards Swansboro from this riverfront cottage that has been newly renovated inside & out. A mile dirt road takes you off the beaten path & a private setting on the end of a dirt lane with only a few other fishing cottages. You will love the peace & quiet & refreshing breezes. Enjoy sunrises/sunsets from the pier! Access to kayaks, canoe & 2 paddleboards. Enjoy the ospreys dive bomb for fish, an occasional dolphin, & other birdlife.

Our waterfront paradise sits on a point on Queens Creek with a 180-degree view of the quarter-mile-wide estuary, just upriver from the Intracoastal Waterway and 5 miles from the ocean. We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.

New River Side Shanty Updated

Come and enjoy country living on the water. The sun rise over the water in the morning is a delight as well as the colorful night skies. A private screened in porch is set up for you to relax and take in the sites. The property is next door to a public boat ramp and dry stack marina. The property sits in the old part of Sneads Ferry. Camp Lejeune South gate is 1.8 miles, MARSOC 4.3 miles and Stone Bay gate is 6.2 miles away. Beach is 8.3 miles away.

The Paddle House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled on the White Oak River with water access. Great for kayaking and paddle boarding. Fishing is great on the White Oak with a large variety of fish. The sunrise, sunsets and full moons are amazing to see. Relax on the screened porch and enjoy the view. One mile from historic downtown Swansboro and 8 miles to Emerald Isle. Hammocks Beach state park is 3 miles away.
