The property boasts PRIVATE GAZEBO ACCESS to a beautiful, SECLUDED BEACH for the enjoyment of peaceful strolls, shelling, sunbathing, and sunset walks. We have a brand new pool built in 2020. 400 MBPS WIFI to stay fully connected. Coastal bike path for refreshing jogging, bike riding, or walking. Amazing restaurants are a short drive away. Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

The home is on a Busy Road but once you enter the sunroom you feel like you are in paradise. There will be some road noise.
