We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Lobster Pot Cabin - Waterfront Escape Freycinet

Welcome to the Lobster Pot Cabin, a haven of serenity nestled right on the water's edge with private access straight on to the swan river. Watch the sunset, swim, kayak, or fish from straight out the front. Ideal for a romantic getaway the cabin has been thoughtfully created for relaxation and those seeking a peaceful getaway. The perfect base to explore the picturesque surroundings, with the stunning Hazards of Coles Bay, Wine Glass Bay and the Freycinet National Park all on your doorstep.

Pettit House

A central oasis, walkable distance to the seaside township of Swansea. Whilst central, Pettit is a private and spacious oasis for you to unwind & relax by the wood fire. Pettit House has its own original cottage charm whilst both retro and modern elements have given Pettit a unique and warm feel. Whilst close to all your desired amenities such as restaurants, a divine patisserie, coffee shops, your local grocer & the beautiful Jubilee Beach, you have all you need for a weekend stay.

Cosy beach shack nestled amongst the dunes.

Driftwood Cottage allows you to unwind amongst the sand dunes at this unique and tranquil getaway. A mere stroll from beautiful and deserted Nine Mile Beach, and moments from Moulting Lagoon. Walk along the beach, swim or fish in the bay or lagoon, or simply relax at our peaceful home. With Swansea just ten minutes away, local vineyards aplenty and Freycinet National Park up the coast, staying longer to explore will only enhance your experience at Driftwood.

Little Crabtree

Striking small hand made home in a paddock - a little piece of architecture in a beautiful landscape. Little Crabtree will delight with its unique take on simplicity. The property includes a private creek, occasional platypus, cheeky quolls and several million pademelons. Escape to the quiet. Feel a million miles away but still be in easy reach of all the Huon Valley and surrounds. 35min to Hobart, Little Crabtree is the perfect place to come stay.

Designer beach house

A modern home, surrounded by native bushland and wildlife, only a few steps down your own private track to nine miles of beach. The sun rises over mountains and the turquoise waters of the bay: all viewable from the bedrooms, decks and lounge. Stay for a couple of nights, or take advantage of a weekly discount and make this your perfect base for a visit to all the East Coast has to offer.

Aerie Retreat

AERIE retreat. A private designer apartment in the bush by the water. Walk down to the very private Wilderness Deck for exclusive use of the Timber Hot Tub, Sauna and fire pit. Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.

Absolute waterfront-with sauna - Wave Song

New outdoor cedar steam sauna. With 2 large indoor living spaces there is plenty of room for a family. Spend your days exploring Bicheno and the rock pools at the end of the block, run down the path to surf or swim at the nearby Redbill Beach. Find a cosy spot to soak up the view of Waubs bay and relax in front of the fire. Please note we have a strict no party policy.
