Stylish New Forest rural hideaway near Lymington

Relax in this contemporary rural bungalow on the forest and close to the sea. Walk out onto the New Forest, enjoy the scenic garden looking over fields packed with wildlife, or enjoy cycling along quiet lanes amongst grazing ponies, donkeys and cattle. Two good pubs are within 1.5 miles in either direction and the historic towns of Beaulieu and Lymington are 3 miles and 4.5 miles respectively away. The quaint historic shipyard of Bucklers Hard nearby has a museum, pub and marina. IOW close too.

Situated on a footpath and bridleway with immediate access to farmland walks, horse-riding and cycling routes, Wren is also only a short 5-15minute drive from the forest, beach walks, or exploring coastal and forest towns and villages. Wren is the ideal location to unwind for up to six guests (with a choice of double or twin beds in the main bedroom). Bring your friends, family, dogs & horses too

Village Centre with Amenities/Walks/Parking

Located in the centre of Beaulieu, this beautifully refurbished 17th Century cottage is an ideal base from which to relax and explore the New Forest. Situated on a quiet road in the beautiful village, you can walk to Monty's Inn pub nearby for dinner and visit the popular cafe opposite for breakfast. You may even see donkeys walking along the High Street! The cottage has a very spacious ground floor with an open kitchen/large dining area plus a cosy lounge where you can enjoy the log burner.

Bentley Cottage

Bentley Cottage is light and airy and is furnished to a high standard throughout. It has a spacious lounge/dining room/kitchen including a wood burner with logs supplied. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite). It is a short walk to the local shops, pubs, restaurants and railway station. Ponies, donkeys and cattle often come by the gate. The New Forest is great for walking and on/off road cycling. Welcome pack provided. Wifi available. Free to use 7kW Type 2 EV charger provided.

Self-contained Annexe Nr New Forest and Beaches

***** New in June 2022 ***** A fully self contained Annexe to the main house. Guest entrance and off street parking. Beautifully situated in a semi rural location, with easy access to the New Forest and local beaches. Lymington and Milford on sea just 3 miles away. New Milton and Barton-on -Sea just a couple of miles away. The annexe has a super kingsize 6ft Bed. This can also be configured as two 3ft singles. We can also provide a Z bed or Sofa bed in the lounge area for a third person.

Escape to The Cabin in the beautiful New Forest

The Cabin is a stylish and modern space situated in the village of Sway and within walking distance of the open forest. The Cabin is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring. There are two pubs within the village and plenty of forest walks. Lymington Market Town is only a short drive away, as is the beach. The Cabin is located at our riding school, Coombe Stables, there are options for treks out onto the open forest for all abilities or shorter rides in the arena.

The Old Chapel, Sway, New Forest

Delightful converted Chapel with direct access to the open forest for walking, cycling, exploring, eating and relaxing. Within easy reach of Brockenhurst, Lymington and Lyndhurst as well some amazing beaches. The Old Chapel has a king size bed together with a day bed that opens to two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, kitchen and a 4 seater dining table. There is Wi-Fi throughout, TV with Netflix plus an outdoor seating area, where ponies and donkeys can often be seen walking by.

The Hangar - countryside views, seclusion & peace.

The Farley Hangar is a peaceful space with far reaching views of Hampshire's woodlands and the Isle of Wight. Located on our family farm and private airstrip in the Test Valley. Winchester, Romsey and Stockbridge are just 20 mins away. On the doorstep of numerous cycle routes and footpaths including the Claredon Way (Sals-Win). King size bed & full-size bath with rain shower. From your private deck with log burner you will see various wildlife species and watch the stars at night.

Iconic Beach Front Stay | The Watch House, Lepe

Situated a ten-minute walk from The Cliff House and just five minutes from the beach is Ashtree House. Sleeping up to 6 people (5 adults), across three bedrooms with a cosy living room, kitchen diner and sun trapped garden it’s the perfect place to unwind with your friends and family. Detached and beautifully finished dog friendly home, suitable for families or couples and a short walk to Barton on Sea clifftop and the beaches below.

Hackney Park First Floor Apartment

Hackney Park is situated in an idyllic setting in its own grounds adjoining the New Forest Park. Comfortable, well equipped, self-catering accommodation. Excellent area for touring and walking. Guests welcome to bring their own horse and dogs. Please be aware that as the property is in a rural area the internet might be slower than you are used to. Dogs and horses welcome by arrangement. Shepherds' hut close to the sea and New Forest

Glamping at its best. A beautifully crafted shepherds' hut set in its own picket fenced garden. Perfectly situated within a few minutes of the beach and forest.
