It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! Our retreat is part of an old 100 acre farm that has 3 ponds you can fish in, hiking trails and woods that you are more than welcome to explore. You will enjoy star gazing from the view of the front yard! An OFFSITE cabin to our Potter County Family Campground.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Just a short walk across the yard is the intersection of Freeman run and the First Fork. Enjoy fishing at either of these streams. Elk viewing just miles from the location. Enjoy stargazing at Cherry Springs Statepark. Enjoy hunting or hiking as property is minutes from State Forest Land. One of Potter County's many snowmobile trails runs right through the property. Enjoy watching deer and wildlife right from the house.

Send the kids up to the loft where there are two full size beds or point them to the restaurant and large miniature golf course just across the street. There are also two private bedrooms, one with a queen and the other has a full size. Hike, try the zip-line or stretch out on the front porch.
