Det finns två sovrum, vardagsrum med bäddsoffa, kök, badrum och terrass The house is 70 sqm and is located in Södertorg, in the center of Visby Innerstad with walking distance to all of central Visby. The house is in a quiet courtyard. There are two bedrooms, living room with a sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and a terasse.

Välkommen till kusten, till havet och det vackra. Detta boende ligger som ni kan se direkt vid havet. Boendet är modernt och välutrustat och sådant som kanske förgyller vistelsen är en stor egen bastu, utomhusjacuzzi med havsutsikt. Då huset ligger vid havet så finns egen brygga att bada ifrån. Vidare så finns det gasolgrill och ett par olika men stora altaner med fatboys och hängmatta. Till Sölvesborg tar det 10 min med bil och till Sölvesborgs GK, årets golfklubb, tar det också 10 minuter.
