Quiet, Cozy Guesthouse with privacy

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

San Bernard River Rental

Come relax on the San Bernard River in this spacious barndominium set on the river bend. Bring your boat or pwc and enjoy some water sports or relax and fish on the large private pier. Perfect spot for fishing, wake-surfing, and skiing. The Hot Spring Grandee hot tub is perfect for relaxing and seats 6. McNeal's Cut Cottage - San Bernard River

Fisherman's dream. A quiet place to relax and enjoy nature. This property is located on a canal directly across from McNeal's cut on the San Bernard River. Perfect for river or shallow water fishing, kayaking and bird watching. Less than a mile to intracostal canal and public boat ramp. Many native and migratory birds can be seen throughout the year and with the San Bernard Wildlife Refuge hosting their annual Migration Celebration it's perfect for bird watchers of all ages.

The Sweeny House

The Sweeny house is conveniently located 2 minutes from the Sweeny Community Hospital, 5 minutes from fishing in the San Bernard River, 10 minutes from Chevron Phillips, and 35 minutes from Surfside Beach.
