The Annexe is a self contained detached property opposite our cottage in the village of liddington. There is a comfortable living area with 42” sky tv, spacious kitchen with dining table and all appliances, downstairs bathroom with Bath & Shower over, new timber staircase leading to double bedroom with free view tv and walk-in wardrobe. The bedroom has two velux windows overlooking the beautiful countryside. Outside is a private courtyard/garden area with hot tub Breakfast hamper upon request

A fabulous Grade II listed 2 bedroom Granary conversion situated in a quiet rural location, within walking distance to parks, shops (and coffee!), located on the edge of the Cotswolds. Easy access to Oxford and Cheltenham. The Granary has great privacy, spacious accommodation and two private patios within an enclosed walled garden, good space for alfresco dining. There are a variety of pubs, shops, restaurants, and parks all within close walking distance. Max. 4 people.

The Bungalow is neighbouring a 100 acres country park known as Coate Water Nature Reserve. Within the 100 acres are a lake, woodland, including an arboretum and many walking and cycling trails. Also within walking distance of the Bungalow are shops and a popular Local Pub. Old Town, Cinemas and the Swindon Outlet village are all close by.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.
